1. Funded applicants must execute the Foundation’s Agreement of Grantee as a prerequisite to payment of the grant.

  2. Funded applicants must submit a one page interim and a one page final report on the use of the funding which includes:

    • ongoing efforts to obtain other sources of funding to sustain the funded effort if that is appropriate;

    • a general assessment of the impact of the funds;

    • a description of any advocacy partnerships related to the work of the funded proposal

  3. Give timely notification to the Foundation should circumstances require the applicant to terminate.
